Perhaps it’s the brutality of Canadian winters that makes our summers seem so sweet. Nowhere is that more true than Ontario. Each summer here in Toronto, I have the comfort of being bookended by two glorious wine and food regions: Prince Edward County to the East, and Niagara to the West. What more could I girl wish for?
