There are 2 ways to see Playa. Stay in an all-inclusive resort, eat what they serve you, hang out at the pool, and walk Fifth Avenue at night wondering if you’re on the Yucatan Peninsula or somewhere in south Florida. Otherwise, you can choose a small, independent hotel, get treated like royalty, explore regional cuisine in a different restaurant each night, drink local (!) craft beer, and wonder if you’re on the Yucatan Peninsula, or this side of Paradise.
